Running a league night
Opening the fixture
Sign in and open your team's fixture. Check the date and both line-ups, including any substitutes, then share scorer access with whoever is keeping score. You can only open fixtures involving your own team.
Scoring
Players use paper and do not need accounts. Open the scorer link, take the score desk, and enter each result from the paper sheet. Singles are first to seven, doubles first to five. Wait for a result to save before moving on, and hand the desk over explicitly when another phone takes it.
If you lose connection
Keep scoring on paper. Reconnect and refresh before entering more results, and retry a lost save with its original receipt. If another device changed the sheet, check the saved result before trying again.
Substitutes and unfinished fixtures
Enter whoever actually plays, using a team substitute where the league permits it. Never invent a score for a walkover, a missing player, an abandoned fixture or a disagreement: leave the result open and ask the organiser to settle it under the league's rules. A postponed fixture keeps its saved work.
Finishing
Check all twelve results and the totals with both captains, record both agreements, then close the fixture and keep the printed closing sheet. To correct a result, reopen with a reason, amend it, take both agreements again and close a new copy. Earlier copies never change.
Following the league
The league viewing link shows fixtures, results and the table without an account and cannot score. Only completed fixtures count. Teams level on points share a place until the league confirms its tie-break.
